Katie Woeste named program director by Pillar Health-Kenosha [Video]

Pillar Health, a division of Kenosha Community Health Center has named Katie Woeste as its new program director of Integrated and Value-Based Care.

Woeste transitioned from her role as a board member to join the leadership team in October.

Woeste holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Systems Leadership and Innovation from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Woeste began her career as a nurse, driven by a desire to provide stability and flexibility as a young mother.

“I never imagined I’d become a nurse, but I loved the work, the patients, the teams, and the environments I worked in,” she said. Her passion for patient care inspired her to pursue advanced education and leadership roles in healthcare.
