Kansas City officially invited to Chiefs Hallmark movie red-carpet celebration [Video]

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Mark your calendar! Fans are officially invited to the red-carpet event ahead of the Chiefs Christmas movie.

The Kansas City-area will be in the spotlight heading into holiday season.

‘Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story,’ premieres on Hallmark Channel November 30 at 7 pm CT. Crews shot movie scenes in Independence and at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium earlier this year.

Hallmark is planning a red-carpet and other events to celebrate the movie premier.

A red-carpet event is planned for Saturday, Nov. 30, on Grand Boulevard at Crown Center Square. The event is free and opens at 4:30 p.m. Fans are invited to wear Chiefs gear or Christmas sweaters and see stars from the movie on the red carpet.
