Kamala Harris, VP pick to campaign in Detroit next week [Video]

DETROIT, MI — Kamala Harris will bring her presidential campaign to Detroit next week, when she plans to invite her yet-to-be-named running mate, the Democrat’s campaign staff announced.

Campaign officials said much of the details remain in the planning stages, including which day the vice president will visit and which venue she will host the event.

Since President Joe Biden exited the 2024 race for the White House last week and endorsed his vice president, Harris has been on the campaign trail in key battleground states.

The Democrat’s campaign staff announced that trend will continue next week, with planned stops in Pennsylvania and Nevada expected to neighbor her Michigan visit.
