, /PRNewswire/ — K2 Space, a startup manufacturing a high power, multi-orbit satellite platform, announced today that former Assistant Secretary of Defense for Space Policy John Plumb has joined as the new Head of Strategy. 

In his new position, Dr. Plumb will leverage over three decades of experience spanning military service, government leadership and space policy expertise to guide K2 Space’s strategic initiatives and technology development.
