JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The man known as Polo could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
After several hours of deliberation, a jury found William “Polo” Edwards guilty of first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The defense rested its case Thursday, and the jury began deliberations.
After several hours of deliberation, the jury announced that they found Edwards guilty on both counts.
The former social media influencer and radio host is accused of shooting and killing 45-year-old Robert Davis on May 1, 2022.
He will be sentenced on Tuesday.
