Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Tuesday in the trial of Karen Read, the Massachusetts woman who is accused of murder in the 2022 death of her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O’Keefe.Ahead of the trial, which has brought contentious debate and protest, the judge has ordered a “buffer zone” around the courthouse.
