Taya Boggs and Nora Schwartz sat at a kitchen table on Monday and watched surveillance video of their brother’s last moments from January.They still cannot fathom how the man who shot John Bartrom went free.Bartrom, 46, was one of Kansas City’s most-known businessmen as the owner and founder of Jericho Home Improvements.His commercials became a staple on local Kansas City television and radio stations, including KMBC.Bartrom grew up in Fort Wayne. He was the oldest sibling, son, uncle, and father.
