Joel McHale isn’t putting pressure on his son to attend college.

While appearing on Tuesday’s episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna, the Community actor, 52, spoke with co-hosts Hoda Kotb, 59, and Jenna Bush Hager, 42, about a recent interview he did where he revealed that his son Eddie, 19, wasn’t planning on going to college.

“You talked in an interview, on a serious note, that your son decided he was not going to college. That it wasn’t the right fit for him,” Kotb said.

“Oh yeah, my older son Eddie. He loves video games and LEGOs and he was like, he said, ‘I might go to college, I’ll let you know.’ So I said, ‘Yeah, if you want to go work for a video game company, do your thing!’ ” McHale shared.
