THE FESTIVAL ENDS AT SEVEN TONIGHT AND PEOPLE IN METAIRIE ARE CELEBRATING HISPANIC CULTURE AND HERITAGE WITH PACIFIST. THE FESTIVAL TAKES PLACE IN LAFRENIERE PARK. IT ALLOWS PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER NEW ORLEANS TO CELEBRATE HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH. THE EVENT FEATURES MUSIC, ART AND FOOD.
