MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – Republican Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance announced he will hold a press conference in Kenosha on Tuesday.
His campaign said he would focus on crime and safety. The conference is set to start at noon on Tuesday at the Kenosha County Courthouse.
Officials said Vance will be joined by Republican Senate Nominee Eric Hovde, Republican Rep. Bryan Steil and Kenosha County Sheriff David Zoerner.
The announcement came one day after Vance spoke on crime and opioids in Milwaukee on Friday. It will be his third stop in Wisconsin this month, after he also stopped in Eau Claire on Aug. 6.
