Kelce appeared on ESPN’s “College GameDay” before the incident on Saturday.
WASHINGTON — Former Philadelphia Eagles player Jason Kelce was involved in an incident with a college football fan outside of Penn State’s Beaver Stadium Saturday.
Videos shared on social media showed Kelce holding a case of beer while walking through a crowd. Many fans came up to Kelce, who was in town for the game between Penn State and Ohio State, asking for selfies and fist bumps.
In one video, an unruly fan is heard using a homophobic slur to describe his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his relationship with Taylor Swift.
Kelce is then seen turning around, grabbing the fan’s phone and smashing it into the ground.
