TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – If you were driving around Vigo County Saturday… You might have noticed dozens of antique cars around town.
That’s because it was time for the annual “Do a Wheelie Car Show.”
Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church hosted the 5th annual event. Folks were able to enjoy prizes, concessions, silent auctions, music, and of course, vintage cars.
Money raised from today’s event will go back to help Vigo County CASA and Mount Pleasant Church’s mission trips.
“This is just such a wonderful fellowship event for the community, for the children of our community. Plus, we’re bringing awareness about what CASA is and what we do in the community,” said Glenna Cheeseman, director of Vigo County CASA.
Organizers say they are happy with this year’s turnout.
