SNYDER, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – After her brother died from a dog attack, Crystal Berkley is wanting the community to give her answers to her brother’s passing.

Toby Berkley was found dead Thursday morning, after what police are calling a dog attack, according to a press release from Snyder Police Department. Crystal said she was shocked at the news, still dealing with denial.

“I still believe he’s going to come. We’ve going to face reality. We got to get justice for my brother,” Crystal said. “We can’t see him walk down the street with his Bluetooth music real loud. We don’t get to see his phone calls.”
