THE owner of a consultancy firm has left Ireland amid allegations that thousands of euro has been swindled from clients and Revenue.

Gardai are investigating Beam Consulting chief Viviane Lydon, 39, following a number of complaints alleging at least €66,000 in false client VAT rebates went to her personal bank account.
