A WALMART customer has fumed after being forced to wait at checkout because there were only three lanes open.

Many shoppers have raged about Walmart’s recent checkout changes.

Though the adjustments were made to better the customer experience, it actually resulted in many displeased shoppers.

One customer shared their recent frustrating shopping trip to X.

“Dear @Walmart your Easton Maryland location is a joke,” they wrote.

“Several employees standing around joking [and] laughing while three lanes are open for the entirety of the shopping population.”

“Twenty minutes in line to buy three things.”
