Iowa Childrens Museum celebrates 25th anniversary [Video]

CORALVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) – The Iowa Children’s Museum is spending the weekend ‘like it’s 1999′ celebrating its 25th anniversary.

Kids can experience 90′s themed fun on Saturday and Sunday. And admission this weekend is just $4.50, a throwback to how much it was when the museum first opened at Coral Ridge Mall in 1999.

Leaders at the museum said with over 180,000 people coming each year, they’re thankful to be able to continue to share the ‘power of play.’

How valuable it is to our area and to the families that live and work here,” said Aimee Mussman, Iowa Children’s Museum Assistant Director.
