Investigation underway at Holly Springs Utility Department after billing, customer concerns [Video]

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – An independent investigation is now underway into the Holly Springs Utility Department’s electric service.

The Mississippi Public Service Commission says Silverpoint Consulting is investigating the department’s operations, including its reliability and management of customer service, such as bill collection, bill accuracy, and customer care.

This investigation comes after a number of issues over the years impacting residents across Holly Springs.
