GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – It’s time to strap on your bicycle helmet for a good cause. Bike to the Beat returns on August 3.
People of all ages are encouraged to hop on one of multiple routes ranging from 7 to 53 miles. Each has multiple stops featuring food, drinks, and live music, and all proceeds go to charity.
Heather Wessley, director of community engagement for Fox Communities Credit Union, the main sponsor, gives us the history of Bike to the Beat and details for this year’s event, including a second new starting point, where the money raised will go, and some of the history of Bike to the Beat.
