LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – Las Vegas’ own sixth-generation circus performer, Renato Fernandes, introduced the inaugural International Circus Festival of Las Vegas.
According to a press release, the festival will bring together circus performers from 11 countries such as France, Argentina, Tanzania and Mexico.
The festival promises to captivate audiences with awe-inspiring acts while artists compete for prestigious awards, cash prizes, and contracts with major production companies like Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.
The competition will unfold over two weekends: Friday, Nov. 1, through Sunday, Nov. 3, and Thursday, Nov. 7, through Sunday, Nov. 10. Set beneath a grand circus tent at the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet, the festival will kick off nightly starting at 7 p.m., except for Sunday, Nov. 3, when the event begins at 4 p.m.
