Intensive with BBA to help small businesses with growth [Video]

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Business Alliance will be kicking off its Supplier Scale Intensive on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

The intensive meets on Tuesday nights for 12 weeks. Business owners will learn from various industry experts on topics, such as hiring more employees and managing finances.

On top of the weekly classes, business owners will have to complete homework.

Director of Small Business Victor Brown said the program will go beyond information taught in college courses.

“Supplier scale is designed to help you work on your business and elevate yourself to look at your business from a birds-eye view and how it runs and the strategy. That’s a lot different than just running the business and doing everything yourself,” said Brown.
