Integrated sensing and sommunication (ISAC) from 5G-advanced to 6G [Video]

ISAC has become a widely discussed topic, mainly in 6G, since ITU added sensing as one of three additional cornerstones for covering IMT2030 usage scenarios. However, multiple demonstration reuse 5G NR signals to show case initial sensing capabilities and 3GPP started channel modeling work specific to ISAC in its current Release 19. This presentation will reflect the status of ISAC from a Test & Measurement perspective and illustrate first test solutions from Rohde & Schwarz.
