FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – Bus routes for North Dakota State University students are being impacted by inflation, according to school officials.
The university partners with MATBUS to help get students where they need to go.
However, school leaders said MATBUS informed them the cost of service would increase 11% this year.
They said in order to remain fiscally responsible and continue to provide transportation on campus, including to downtown buildings, two routes were merged.
The city determines off-campus bus routes within the community and NDSU students have the option to ride all MATBUS routes in the city for free.
