IH-69 Southwest Freeway northbound at 610 West Loop back open after reports of gravel on road forced closure [Video]

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — IH-69 Southwest Freeway northbound at IH-610 West Loop reopened Monday morning after being shut down for a couple of hours due to gravel on the road.

Crews closed the freeway at about 5:30 a.m.

Prior to reopening, drivers were being diverted to 610.

Houston TranStar cameras showed vehicles moving again shortly after 7:30 a.m.
