‘Ignite your Spark’ at Rochesterfest 2025 | News [Video]

ROCHESTER, Minn. – Rochesterfest is an annual summer tradition for many in the Med City and planning efforts for this year’s event are already underway. On Jan. 6, this year’s chairperson and the theme were announced. 

The executive director of 125 LIVE, Sylwia Bujak Oliver was chosen as chairperson with the theme being ‘Ignite your Spark.’ Oliver tells us she is privileged to be chosen as chairperson this year. After moving to Rochester from Poland in 2012, Oliver has fully immersed herself in the community.  

Oliver says, “this is such a great honor to be chosen as chair because it truly in my mind proves that I somehow became a part of Rochester even though I only moved here 13 years ago.”
