IDFG to hold two hunter education classes in region [Video]

Idaho Fish and Game will be holding hunter education classes in Glenns Ferry and Jerome during February and March, according to an Idaho Fish and Game press release.

Anyone born after January 1, 1975, is required to pass a hunter education class before they can purchase a hunting license and hunt in Idaho.

There will be a combination of hunter and bowhunter education courses that will be taught at Glenns Ferry High School from February 14 through March 1.

There will also be a women’s only class in Jerome at the Fish and Game Magic Valley Regional Office located at 324 South 417 East in Jerome from February 20-22. The class is for females age nine and older and female instructors will teach it.
