LOWE’S has lost out to one of its rivals due to a push at checkout that is sending customers elsewhere.
Janet Furgason from Georgia took to Facebook to share how after several decades, she will no longer shop at Lowe’s.
Her experience alone has been enough to see others flee the retailer.
“I am most definitely anti self-checkout!!!” Furgason wrote in a post on the social media platform.
She detailed how a visit to a Lowe’s store in Smyrna – about 30 minutes north of Atlanta – proved to be the final straw after she was forced into a corner thanks to the retailer’s sweeping change that gives shoppers no other options at checkout.
