FAMILIES who saw their loved ones drug tested after they were killed in a car crash while the surviving driver was not tested have been vindicated by new laws, it has been claimed.
From this week on, all drivers involved in any serious collision on our roads will have to go through a mandatory drug test at the scene.
This had already been law for drink-driving tests but not for drugs.
