Huntsville MPO seeks input on 2050 Transportation Plan [Video]

The draft plan outlines transportation projects for the next 25 years in the Huntsville area, including both funded and visionary projects.

Residents can now view the draft plan and take an online survey, which will remain open until January 3, 2025. The survey is part of the MPO’s efforts to gather input from the community before finalizing the plan.

The MPO’s draft of the 2050 LRTP was approved by the Huntsville Area MPO Policy Board on December 4, 2024. After the online survey and public meetings, the MPO will incorporate community feedback into a final version of the plan. 

This plan will be posted online in March 2025, before being considered by the MPO Policy Board on March 19, 2025.
