How to complete a deal [Video]

Deal completion is the final stage in the deal management process that records the final result of client interaction. This allows you to store, organize, and analyze your performance data.

To complete a deal, click Close deal, and select  Deal won or Deal lost.

To view your list of completed deals, go to your pipeline, and click Closed deals.

You can set a deal completion timeframe for every pipeline stage. Select the number of days, and your deal’s end date will adjust accordingly.

To do this, click the three dots next to a stage, and then click Edit.

Turn on the Deal completion timeframe toggle, select the number of days, and click Save.

If a deal does not have an end date or has a different end date, then after moving to a new stage, the date will be automatically changed to the number of days specified in its stage settings. For example, if on …
