Ericsson is a global telecommunications leader, providing the hardware, software and services that power over 50% of the world’s mobile internet traffic outside of China. There are five Market Areas within Ericsson, which are organized to sell and deliver customer solutions within a defined geographical territory. This communications campaign was run in Market Area Europe and Latin America (MELA) – the largest, most culturally diverse, and most complex of the five. The team consists of over 35,000 employees spread across 100+ countries and 17 time zones, speaking more than 23 different languages.
