We’re paying tribute to a friend and retired Phoenix PD Sgt. Andy Hill recently passed away. For years, Sgt. Hill served as their media relations officer, becoming the face of the department and dedicating many years of service to the Phoenix community. Our sincerest condolences go out to Hill’s family and the Phoenix community.
