I met Jon in April of 2023. We hit it off right away and started the home search. After viewing 50 homes, opening 4 escrows, conducting 4 general home inspections, 3 sewer inspections, 3 termite inspections, and experiencing 3 buyer cancellations, a year later, we finally closed on this beautiful condo in April of 2024. It was quite an adventure—challenging and fun at the same time—because Jon is quite an entertaining, albeit extremely picky, guy.

Recently, Realtors have been in the media because the prevailing thought is that we are overpaid. I definitely understand that perception, especially with the advent of social media and television shows that depict things a little differently than real life. Although this sale was definitely more work than the average, it is probably a more representative depiction of reality than “Selling Sunset.”

Congrats to Jon on this awesome condo and big thanks for making this video for me. (After the third cancellation, I kind of half-jokingly made it a condition of the continuation of our business relationship.)
