NORTH CAROLINA, USA — Between numbers from the state and Buncombe County, there have been 115 recorded deaths in North Carolina from Helene.
The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office said in a Thursday afternoon press conference that there have been 72 deaths in the county so far.
