‘He lied’ – Mohammed Siraj rubbishes Travis Head’s statement as he denies Australian batter told him ‘well bowled’ [Video]

Australia’s centurion at the Adelaide Oval was given a heated send-off by Mohammad Siraj after getting his stumps dismantled as the southpaw scored 140(141).

Following the altercation, the incident caught a lot of headlines across media and social media to which Travis Head reacted and said that he did not like Siraj’s reaction to which the bowler had another reaction.

At the end of play on Day 2, Head addressed the media in a press conference where he said, “I said well bowled, but he thought otherwise. When he pointed me towards the shed, he got a little bite back from me.

“I’m slightly disappointed with how that transpired, with a couple of the past innings. It is what it is. If they want to react like that and that’s how they want to represent themselves, then so be it.”
