HB Concerts Inc. will not return for Toledo summer concert series; Now what? [Video]

TOLEDO, Ohio — Toledo’s downtown revitalization efforts are set to continue gaining momentum in 2025. According to Paul Toth, president of ConnecToledo, a major upcoming change is the departure of the HB Concert Series from Promenade Park.

Toth shared plans to revamp events at the venue, stating that ConnecToledo would like to see the park more active than just 5 to 6 times a year.

“People want more than just five events a year,” Toth explained, emphasizing the goal is to create a vibrant, year-round destination out of Toledo. The events will be organized by ConnecToledo, with support from corporate sponsors and the city of Toledo.
