A 30% chance of precipitation hits Portland on Sunday, when hazy skies are expected to hang over the city.
And the high temperature is expected to drop 10 degrees from Saturday’s peak of 94, according to the National Weather Service.
Monday will be even cooler, the weather service says, with a high of only 78 degrees as clouds roll in through the morning.
More typical summer weather will return Tuesday and hang around until Saturday, according to the weather service office in Portland. Each of those days is expected to be sunny with a high temperature in the low- to mid-80s.
