HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — A celebration in Harrisburg as the Alexander Grass Campus for Jewish Life held an open house.
The six acre lot features six buildings and is now welcoming communities across the Commonwealth.
It’s goal is to educate — everything from culture to wellness and more.
The campus came together Sunday to host a community open house and honor central Pennsylvania’s Jewish community.
“We are in need of spaces that not only serve the Jewish communities needs and the needs of our institutions but also the broad communities,” Zachary Benjamin, President and CEO of the Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg. “This is very much a place from which the Jewish community serves the broader public from a Jewish perspective and Jewish value system.”
