HARRISBURG, Pa. — A current city councilman and long-time community advocate announced his candidacy for Mayor of Harrisburg on Thursday.
Lamont Jones (D) announced his candidacy, citing a strong call for change and a commitment to progressive leadership.
As a member of Harrisburg’s City Council, Jones has worked alongside residents, community leaders and officials to deliver the change Harrisburg needs.
