FLINT, Mich. (WJRT) – The City of Flint celebrated Small Business Saturday with their 17th Annual Craft Market.
The event by Flint Handmade at the Flint Farmers’ Market featured over 20 local artisans.
The market had everything from candles and jewelry to even home decorations.
Organizers say they believe shopping local is special because you support an area business and their creativity.
“Our holiday craft Market is unique because you can find one-of-a-kind gifts for your loved ones, “said Crystal Pepperdine, Executive Director of Flint Handmade. “It’s not something you get at a big box store. So whether you’re shopping for Christmas Hanukkah or any other holiday in the winter, we’ve got an item for your loved one, that would make this great present.”
