Habitat for Humanity opening ReStore in Bowling Green [Video]

TOLEDO, Ohio — Wood County Habitat for Humanity will be opening its doors to a ReStore in Bowling Green in less than a month.

The store — one of the nonprofit’s home improvement stores and donation centers that new and gently used furniture, appliances, home goods, building materials and more with the goal of reducing waste — is already packed with items ready for purchase by community members come Jan. 23.

Wood County Habitat for Humanity’s executive director, Mark Ohashi, said sales collected will help fund the non-profit’s mission of building homes.
