Greenville run club gains popularity by the hundreds [Video]

On Monday nights at 6:45 p.m. at Pangea Brewing, hundreds gather to run with Run Club Greenville. The club is free to attend, and they run about two to three miles together.The club also meets some Saturdays at 7:45 a.m. Ashley Pearson started the club back in March of 2023 with a few members and now the club averages anywhere from 350 to 450 people per week. “The amount of people that show up every Monday is so exciting and just has so much energy that comes with it,” Pearson said. Pearson started the club as a way to meet new people to run with and one of those was her new friend, Jake Thayer.
