GreenRoc Strategic Minerals CEO Stefan Bernstein joined Steve Darling from Proactive to announce a significant milestone for the company: the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Morrow Batteries ASA, a leading Norwegian company focused on the development and production of sustainable, high-performance lithium-ion battery cells. This collaboration marks a key step toward advancing GreenRoc’s role in the European battery materials supply chain. Bernstein revealed that GreenRoc is also in the process of establishing a Norwegian-registered subsidiary to oversee work related to the production of graphite active anode material (AAM) for batteries.
This strategic move aligns with the company’s plan to supply graphite concentrate from its flagship mine at Amitsoq in Greenland, a resource considered one of the world’s highest-grade graphite deposits.
