Greenheck Turner Community Center excited for plans in 2025 [Video]

WESTON, Wis. (WSAW) – 2024 has been a big year for many businesses across the Wausau area, especially for the Greenheck Turner Community Center.

What once was still being constructed at the beginning of the year, was finally opened up just a few months ago.

From day one of opening back in August, the building has been constantly busy. Between different practices being held in the ice arena, field, and gym, meetings taking place in the conference rooms, and many other fun events being scheduled in the midst of all that, it’s never a dull moment.

“We have people that have come all the way from Eau Claire, Madison, Green Bay, and we just had a Brewers camp. We had the Brewers come. They did a youth camp with kids. We had over 100 kids in that camp,” Aaron Mull, the director of community services at the Greenheck Turner Community …
