RICHMOND, Va. — A new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Task Force has been formed, Governor Glenn Youngkin announced.
The AI Task Force was formed under Gov. Youngkin’s Executive Order 30. It is comprised of 10 nationally recognized AI experts.
The Task Force will assist policymakers and state agencies by giving advice and sharing input to ensure the safe, responsible use of technology by state government and cost-effective AI solutions.
“When I signed my artificial intelligence executive order, I was very clear that while there are amazing opportunities with AI, there are also inherent risks that we must tackle head-on.
