Gov. Evers proclaims Culvers Day across Wisconsin in honor of 40th anniversary of popular establishment [Video]

(WFRV) – In honor of one of Wisconsin’s more iconic establishments, Governor Tony Evers proclaimed July 18 as ‘Culver’s Day’.

In a press release, Gov. Evers said it is an honor to celebrate and recognize 40 years of Culver’s. He is reportedly set to join Craig and Lea Culver and community members to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the franchise.

Tonnage remains steady through the Port of Green Bay

The company was founded on July 18, 1984, and the first Culver’s was opened in Sauk City. There are nearly 1,000 restaurants across 26 states according to the release.
