Earlier this week we reported on Google’s plan for AI agents, which are the multimodal artificial intelligence experiences that many companies are now focusing on.
At the time it was believed that an AI agent for Chrome web browsers was a few weeks away from being launched to the public, but as it turns out, the wait will be longer.
This according to Alphabet (which owns Google) CEO, Sundar Pichai, who unpacked some of the company’s plans regarding AI agents during a Q3 2024 earnings call.
