Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Data Entry / Case Management. Ensure that paper and computer grant files are complete, accurate, and current.Attend all grant meetings as required. Coordinate and document the training process of new participants as well as ongoing training for existing participants. Provide administrative support to management. Provide updates to the Manager and Director of Mission. Services on a consistent basis regarding grant(s) and participants. Participate in Mission Services staff meetings and provide updates on participants. Review forms submitted by training staff. Audit files and maintain all participant files: Youth/Re-entry etc. Community development to market programs and gain new participants.
Qualifications: High School Diploma and/or two years of documented experience in a professional setting relating to word processing, database management, and spreadsheets; or an Associate’s degree in the computer technology field, business, education, rehabilitation, or related human services and one year of documented experience relating to word processing, database management, …
