Gold Coast tourism industry icon Paul Donovan and wife Megan are selling their luxury Surfers Paradise villa.
Mr Donovan, Events Management Queensland chairman and tourism industry luminary, bought the four-level property in the popular Grand Mariner building in 2010.
“We were attracted to the prime location by the river, within walking distance to the beach, and directly across from Macintosh Park,” said Mr Donovan, who has held senior positions with Destination Gold Coast and Gold Coast Airport.
