Girl Scout Writes Brutally-Honest Letter That Has Her Dad’s Friend In Tears Laughing [Video]

When 11-year-old Girl Scout Charlotte McCourt found out that her dad’s friend from high school was “very rich” she decided to write him an email to pitch Girl Scout cookies.

When her dad found the email in his ‘sent’ folder, he forwarded it to his colleague Mike Rowe. Mike not only was impressed, he was howling with laughter and the young entrepreneur’s savvy and her dedication to truth in advertising.

“I feel it is important to be honest because you have to get your buyers’ trust,” Charlotte wrote as way of introduction. “If you say everything’s good…the person is probably going to be skeptical.”

And with that, Charlotte goes on to rate each and every cookie in detail. Her descriptions of each cookie had me in stitches. She’s honest to a fault, and it’s wonderful!

Her least favorite flavor? The Toffeetastic. “It is a bleak, flavorless gluten-free wasteland,” Charlotte wrote. …
