German-American Society of Tulsa holding Christkindlmarkt 2024 this weekend | News [Video]

TULSA, Okla. — The German-American Society of Tulsa is holding its 28th Christmas market in Tulsa, Christkindlmarkt, this weekend.

Christkindlmarkt 2024 opened on Friday and goes until Sunday.

The event is being held at the German-American Society of Tulsa (GAST) Event Center, located in midtown Tulsa near 15th and Lewis.

This GAST tradition gives families from Tulsa and surrounding communities the opportunity to shop for one of a kind gifts, authentic German food, handmade items, jewelry, decorations, wine, and more, they said in their announcement.

This year’s event features more than 30 local artisans and vendors selling unique handmade items, honey, nuts, woodworking, jewelry, decorations, wine and much more, the announcement said.

Christkindlmarkt 2024 dates and hours:

• Friday, Dec. 6: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 7: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Sunday, Dec. 8: 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

GAST also held a Tree Lighting Ceremony to kick off Christkindlmarkt 2024 on Thursday evening.
